Shipping Policy
About Shipping
1. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment. A shipping notification will be sent to your email when your order has shipped.
Individual tax numbers are required for shipments from some countries:
*Please note that we are unable to cancel shipped orders. We cannot retrieve the parcel once we have forwarded it to the courier company.
2. Please ensure all the shipping information you provide us is correct. We are not responsible for any package damage, loss, or delay caused by incorrect shipping information customers provide or caused by the shipping carrier during the transportation.
3. Revopoint 3D will ship your parcel from our local warehouse if you live in these countries:
United Kingdom, and EU countries (will ship from the German warehouse).
Australian orders will ship from our local Amazon warehouse, local warehouse, or China, depending on product availability.
Canadian orders will ship from our local Amazon warehouse or China, depending on product availability.
Otherwise, most packages will be shipped from China.
*Some packages will be sent via Hong Kong

1. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
2. In case of any address changes, please get in touch with the local carrier first. If your local logistics agency refuses your request, please send messages to customer@revopoint3d.com.
Process of Address Change: (Customer) Sending new address to customer@revopoint3d.com→ (Revopoint) Providing Payment Link for address change → (Customer) Pay & providing order number → (Revopoint) Contacting logistics agency to change address.
1) The address you change must be in the same country as the one you provided when placing your order, as our logistics agencies do not support cross-border address changes.
2) Address Change Fee: The fee for changing an address typically ranges from US$15 to US$50.
3. Some accessories, such as scanning sprays or power banks, may not be eligible for delivery to certain areas. You can confirm on the checkout page.
